me in order to talk over the business.

I shall feel greatly obliged if you will kindly

take the matter of tracing Mr. James Chang up. Although

nothing has come to my knowledge that may be of some use

for the Hong Kong Government, I have been always consider-

ing the likelihood that some data may come gradually to

my notice.

In accordance with a verbal arrangement with

the Colonial Secretary I would certainly pass such in-

formation on.
